- Jurisdictional responsibility: The Operator is licensed in Curaçao and is not licensed by any Australian authority, including the Australian Communications and Media Authority (ACMA). It is your responsibility to ensure that accessing and using the Services is lawful in your location. You must not use the Services if you reside in a Restricted Jurisdiction or where such use would be unlawful.
- One account only: You may hold only one Account with Avantgarde Casino. Multiple or duplicate accounts may be closed, and associated balances and bonuses may be cancelled in accordance with these Terms.
Registration Process
- Account creation: To register, you must complete the online registration form, providing accurate and complete information including your full name, date of birth, country of residence, contact details and a valid email address.
- Email verification: You may be required to verify your email address by clicking a confirmation link sent to the email you provide. Until verification is completed, access to certain Services may be limited.
- Information accuracy: You represent and warrant that all information you provide is true, complete and up to date. You must promptly update your Account details if any information changes.
Verification and KYC
- Identity verification: The Operator may, at any time, request KYC documentation to verify your identity, age, address, ownership of Payment Methods, and source of funds. This may include:
- Government-issued photo ID (passport, driver licence, national ID).
- Proof of address (utility bill, bank statement) issued within the last 3 - 6 months.
- Copies, screenshots or statements for bank cards, e-wallets, bank accounts or crypto wallets used.
- Additional documentation relating to source of funds where required under anti-money laundering (AML) obligations.
- Timing and limits: The Operator may suspend deposits, bets and/or withdrawals until KYC is satisfactorily completed. Withdrawals may be delayed pending verification. You acknowledge that Curaçao-based regulators historically provide limited intervention in disputes about KYC delays, and that your primary recourse is through the Operator's internal complaint process.
- Failure to comply: If you do not provide requested documents, provide false or misleading information, or cannot be verified, the Operator may:
- Refuse to open or reactivate your Account.
- Restrict or suspend your Account.
- Void bets and confiscate balances where required by law or deemed necessary to prevent fraud, money laundering or underage gambling.
Account Security
- Login credentials: You must keep your username, password and any other security credentials confidential and not share them with any third party.
- Responsibility for use: You are responsible for all activity on your Account, whether or not authorised by you, unless the Operator has failed to maintain reasonable security on its systems.
- Suspicion of compromise: If you suspect your Account is compromised, you must immediately change your password and contact customer support at [email protected] or via live chat.
- Prohibition on third-party use: You must not allow any other person to use your Account or place bets on your behalf.
Betting & Gameplay Rules
General Gameplay Rules
- Game providers: Games are supplied by third-party providers such as Rival Gaming, Betsoft and Saucify. Each Game is subject to the provider's rules, paytables and random number generator (RNG) logic, which you must review before playing.
- Fairness: Outcomes are determined by certified RNGs or live-dealer mechanisms provided by third parties. The Operator endeavours to offer fair and accurate results but does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.
- Local law: You must ensure that participating in online gambling and using specific Games is legal in your jurisdiction. The Operator does not represent that the Services comply with Australian law or the law of any jurisdiction other than Curaçao.
Placing Bets
- Bet acceptance:
- A Bet is considered placed when it is accepted by the Operator's servers and appears in your Game or Account history.
- Minimum and maximum stake limits may apply per Game and per Account, and may be changed at the Operator's discretion.
- Bet confirmation: Once a Bet has been confirmed by the system, it cannot usually be cancelled or modified. It is your responsibility to check the details of each Bet before confirming.
- Game malfunctions: If a Game malfunctions, all affected Bets and game rounds may be voided. Stakes may be refunded to your Real Money Balance for the affected rounds, and any erroneous winnings may be cancelled.
- Disconnections: In the event of disconnection, the outcome of the Game will be determined by the Game server. On reconnection, you may be able to resume the Game or view the settled result. The Operator is not liable for internet, hardware or software failures on your side.
Live Casino, Chat and Conduct
- Live dealer rules: Live dealer Games are operated in real time and may be subject to additional rules and limitations. Bets placed after the "no more bets" announcement or system-registered cut-off may be rejected.
- Chat conduct: Where chat functions are provided (e.g. with dealers, other players or support), you must not:
- Use abusive, obscene, racist, sexist, threatening, defamatory or otherwise offensive language.
- Harass, intimidate or spam other users or staff.
- Promote other gambling sites, products, or illegal activities.
- Prohibited behaviours: You must not engage in:
- Collusion with other players.
- Use of bots, scripts, AI or automated tools to play Games.
- Exploiting software bugs, errors or glitches.
- Chargeback, payment fraud, identity theft or other fraudulent conduct.
- Enforcement: Breach of these conduct rules may result in chat suspension, game restrictions, Account suspension or closure, and forfeiture of funds where reasonably necessary to address fraud or abuse.
Bonus Terms
General Bonus Conditions
- Supplementary rules: All Bonuses and promotions are governed by these Terms and by the specific rules published on https://avantgarde-au.com/promotions. In case of conflict, specific promotion rules prevail for that promotion.
- Bonus availability: The Operator may grant, withhold, change or withdraw Bonuses at its discretion. Bonus offers are intended for recreational play and may not be offered to all Users.
- Eligibility: Bonus eligibility may depend on factors such as country, currency, Payment Method, past activity, and AML/CTF risk assessment.
Activation and Wagering Requirements
- Activation:
- Some Bonuses require a bonus code or opt-in at the cashier; others may be automatically credited.
- Minimum deposit amounts may apply in order to activate a Bonus.
- Wagering:
- Unless stated otherwise on the promotion page, Bonus Funds and any associated winnings are subject to wagering requirements before withdrawal.
- Wagering requirements are usually expressed as a multiple of the Bonus amount or deposit plus Bonus (e.g. 40x Bonus or 30x deposit + Bonus). The exact requirement is set out in the promotion details.
- Until wagering requirements are met, Bonus Funds and related winnings remain locked and may not be withdrawn, though you may withdraw your Real Money Balance (subject to forfeiting the Bonus and related winnings).
- Timeframes: Bonuses may have an expiry period (for example, 7 - 30 days from issuance). If wagering requirements are not met within the stated timeframe, remaining Bonus Funds and associated winnings may be cancelled.
Game Contribution and Restrictions
- Game weighting: Different Games may contribute differently towards wagering requirements. Typically:
- Most video slots: up to 100% contribution.
- Table games, video poker, live casino, and some specialty games: reduced or 0% contribution.
- Prohibited Games and bets: Certain Games may be excluded from Bonus play, and certain betting patterns may be considered abusive, including but not limited to:
- Placing single bets exceeding the maximum allowed stake per spin/round while a Bonus is active.
- Low-risk betting strategies intended primarily to clear wagering (e.g. betting on both red and black in roulette).
- Deliberately playing high-risk Games with Bonus Funds and then switching to low-risk Games to clear wagering.
Combining Promotions and Bonus Abuse
- Non-stacking: Unless explicitly permitted, only one active Bonus may apply at a time. You may not combine multiple active Bonuses or promotions to the same deposits or wagers.
- Multiple accounts: Opening multiple Accounts to claim the same Bonus more than once is prohibited. Related or linked accounts (such as those sharing IP address, device or Payment Method) may be treated as a single household.
- Abuse handling: If the Operator reasonably believes that you have abused or attempted to abuse a Bonus or promotion, or participated in strategies designed to exploit Bonuses, it may:
- Deny, withhold, or cancel any Bonus.
- Confiscate Bonus winnings.
- Close or suspend your Account.
Payments & Withdrawals
Deposits
- Payment Methods: The Website may support deposits via bank cards, e-wallets, bank transfers and, where available, cryptocurrencies. Availability depends on your location, currency and risk profile.
- Ownership of funds: You may only deposit using Payment Methods that are in your own name. Deposits made from third-party accounts or on behalf of others may be reversed and funds returned to the source, where possible.
- Deposit limits: Minimum and maximum deposit limits apply and may vary by Payment Method. The Operator may adjust these limits based on your activity, KYC status and responsible gambling settings.
- Fees: The Operator aims not to charge deposit fees, but reserves the right to do so and to pass on fees imposed by payment processors. Any such fees will be disclosed in the cashier where practicable.
Withdrawals
- General rules:
- Withdrawals are, where possible, processed back to the same Payment Method used for deposit, subject to technical and regulatory constraints.
- You may be required to complete full KYC verification before any withdrawal is processed.
- Processing times:
- The Operator endeavours to review withdrawal requests within a reasonable timeframe (for example, within 1 - 3 business days), subject to workload, KYC checks and AML/CTF screening.
- Additional time may be required for your payment provider or bank to credit the funds.
- Withdrawal limits: Daily, weekly or monthly withdrawal limits may apply and are displayed in the cashier or notified via support. Larger withdrawals may be paid in instalments.
- Currency and crypto:
- If cryptocurrency is supported, you acknowledge that crypto values are volatile and that the Operator is not responsible for exchange rate fluctuations.
- Conversions between currencies (including crypto to fiat and vice versa) will be made at rates applied by the Operator or the payment provider at the time of transaction.
Chargebacks, Refunds and Reversals
- Chargebacks: You must not request chargebacks or otherwise reverse deposits without a valid legal basis. Unjustified chargebacks constitute breach of these Terms and may result in:
- Immediate Account suspension or closure.
- Confiscation of balances (to the extent of unpaid deposits and fees).
- Reporting to relevant payment processors and fraud databases.
- Refunds:
- Once a deposit is used for wagering, refunds are generally not provided.
- In exceptional circumstances and at the Operator's discretion, deposits that have not been wagered may be refunded to the original Payment Method, subject to deduction of payment processing fees and any costs incurred.
- Bonuses and winnings: If a deposit is refunded or reversed, any related Bonuses and winnings may be cancelled. The Operator may set off any amounts you owe against balances in your Account.
Dormant and Inactive Accounts
- Dormancy: If you have not logged into your Account for a continuous period (for example, 12 months), your Account may be considered dormant. The Operator may attempt to contact you using the details on file.
- Fees: Subject to applicable law, a reasonable monthly administrative fee may be charged to dormant Accounts with a positive balance, not exceeding the balance itself. If the balance reaches zero, no further fee will be charged.
- Reactivation: You may reactivate a dormant Account by contacting support and completing any required verification procedures.
